Today it’s time to talk about one of our newest bloggers, Hanma from SushiiiSoySauce! I think this will be fun for all of us.
What is your name, the kind of content you create on the internet, and the name of that or those pieces of media?
My name is Hamna, I run a blog called sushiiiWithSoysauce.
When did you first start enjoying the media of which you provide a voice for online?
I started my blog around 2 months ago When I started out, I came across 2 blogs that helped me develop mine, It happened to be yours and Irina’s! I felt more confident in my work after seeing your and her blogs.

What made you choose the media that you communicate your thoughts online?
My friend has a blog that is specifically for Her personal thoughts and Naruto. I loved the way she wrote her blog and designed it, and it made me want to start a blog which I did.
Has it been difficult to find a voice in the online fandom?
Yes, there are many blogs, YouTube channels and social media accounts designated to Anime, I wanted to make sure mine was unique but it was very hard due to the fact there are so many accounts and opinions.
When did you start gathering an audience? (Even a small amount of views or subscribers is an audience.)
I have a few daily readers since I post everyday, And I realized that I do blogging as my own personal choice, and that followers, views, likes and stats do not make up my happiness.
How do handle the online discourse of anything? Media/Social Justice/Fandoms/ETC
Learn to pick your battles and know you don’t have to answer to anything if you don’t want to. Don’t be afraid to block/report spam, either.

Mechanical Anime Reviews 
I did not know of Sushi with Soysauce.. well I mean I do dip my fish in Soysauce.. when I eat sushi but I did not know about the blog!
I do like these interviews a lot! It is great to see Hammna share some of my inspirations! Though I first felt dwarfed when I read your posts.. not more confident but more insecure.. yikes I can’t do THAT. It is good to see though how we have a few pillars in the ani-blogging community. I saw so many people leave.. I think of my wave (people who started in spring/summer) last year I am one of the few left.
So let’s hope Hammna is here to stay! Good luck with your blog and remember to have fun with it all! I am at least having fun with discovering new bloggers or seeing a new side of them! So yay Scott and yay Hammna!

I am not a fan of soysauce myself in general, but I am just weird like that.
Believe me when I say this, I am not as self aware as people think I am. I don’t realize what kind of pull or weight I have in the community. I am constantly surprised to hear all of this. The community is rather frugal.
You got to why I posted theirs sooner then later. I was worried about the same thing.
