So, this is a filler post. I am the person hosting #TheJCS this month and that’s a time-consuming thing to do. I am delaying a lot of my usual things by a couple weeks because putting the post together took a lot more of my free time where I edit my story. As a night owl, there is only a limited amount of time that I stay up at night so I am not going to stay up later to edit a story badly. This post is for the end of this month. On Sunday next week, I will be posting my opinions of the shows I watched this season. After that will be a story update followed by my podcast. Just wanted to let you guys know my current Sunday schedule.
For now though, lets discuss the shows I am probably going to watch in the Summer. Writing this post is always trouble because I never fully play what I watch usually. All I can say is that these are the most assured things I am going to watch. The summer season seems pretty slim at this moment and I am ok with that fact. Spring 2021 was a very busy season and having a cool off season sounds so relaxing. It also means I can watch some more older stuff. I need to in order to get my special planned month off in the right capacity.
So here is the list:
Hamefura X
This one feels kind of obvious. The first season was a lot of fun and I want more of it. I like Bakarina and the bi harem she seems to have. I do wonder what the show is going to do now, but I guess that is why I am watching it.
Kageki Shoujo
A shoujo story about girls in an acting studio with some acting like boys while others are normaly girls? That sounds pretty interesting. Also, pretty romantic too in a good meta way and a story way.
The Idaten Deities Know Only Peace
I suggested that Karandi should watch this series, so I should watch it too. Also, it sounds pretty interesting as well. Aliens trying to understand culture, at war, some fun things. Should be interesting.
Magia Record Season 2
Well, I enjoyed the first season of Magia Record so I obviously want to see more. What else do I need to say here?
Love Live! Superstar!!
I apparently have become a Love Live! Fan, so I will be watching this one. Especially since Sunrise seems to be playing with the Love Live! Formula recently. This one features five members of an idol group as they are all freshmen which is why its so interesting.
Getter Robo ARC
It’s Getter Robo. I only know Getter Robo from the late 1990’s and early 2000’s Getter Robo series, but I know enough to find out that I love whatever Getter Robo I can put my hands on. So obviously, here is some Getter Robo! I’m so happy!
Sonny Boy
Well, this is an isekai series but it has science fiction and horror elements, directed by Natsume Shingo, and also is produced by Madhouse. Why wouldn’t I watch this? It’s a rare opportunity nowadays because Madhouse doesn’t over produce any anime series at all.
Conclusion
No, that’s not an anime title. That’s how all of this concludes. These are the six shows that feel the most interesting to me. Some sequels, some newer things. I am going to stick with these things and enjoy my season. I feel like I have a bit of everything and it sounds fun. Let’s see how this turns out. I’m pretty interested to see how it turns out after all of this.

I’m always lagging on the seasonal watching. I can barely get up the energy to keep up with one show, but I guess I’ll catch some of this later on as usual. Idaten does sound interesting, though I’m always afraid that complicated concepts will fail to come together very well in a story. I might check it out.
