Komi Can’t Communicate Part 2 Episode 9
Another cute episode from Komi interacting with two girls that she hasn’t been around before? It was really good though because even if I’ve only known them for an episode, they were fully realized and fun people that had a small dynamic between them considering they were exact opposites yet similar in some ways too. Kato was the massive planner and shogi player and Sasaki, the yo-yoer and more care free were interesting people. Komi trying to get the two to get along in her own silent way did a lot of things for her because of how uncomfortable she was in that scenario in which she had to break out of it. Once again, a solid episode.
Tiger and Bunny Season 2 Episode 12
Man, this episode went way too hard. The Last five remaining heroes versus the twins who ruin everyone’s lives. Man. It was great that the heroes came up with two plans to take them own, but when they are so minute plans in which everything has to fall in place, there was a massive failure here. Poor Kat. She’s only 14 and she is so nervous that her water powers just won’t work and that’s horrible. In the end, even Tiger pushed himself to the limit to save his friends and we thought it would work, but now everyone can die. Also, the serum material and sampling is coming to a head. I’m worried about the end of the cour because I’m so stressed out in a good way. Man…
Aoashi Episode 12
Last episode ended so interestingly that I wasn’t sure if this one would move to the next part or just continue the game. Well, the game continued and everything has changed for Esperion Team B. Especially since Aoi started communicating with his forwards, learned about the triangle, and even tapped into his super ability to see and predict everything on the field too. (That looked really cool by the way.) So he played with that and helped his team to score points and then win the game with his own goal. It was so good. Lots of great team forming and camaraderie in this episode. Great way to see Aoashi end its first cour.
Spy X Family Episode 12 (Cour Finale)
Great family day with a spy mission aside too. Its so cool just to see Loid just casually take up the spot of one of the people who takes care of the penguins who just did that effortlessly and then move oer to his family and he has no clear idea for and he actually has to learn to be a father. Like, him following some instincts like pretending to be one of Anya’s stuffed penguin he won for her as a prize with Yor with the robot toy. They did stand out on the street, but they did it as a good family and that works in Loid’s advantage even if he doesn’t know.
Love Live! Nijigasaki Season 2 Episode 13 (Finale)
The entire episode was such a good concert episode giving each of the 12 girls some time to sing in their own style and placements too. Really makes me happy to see how each of them just connected together so well. I also liked how the club itself called Yu a school idol and she got to talk about her girls and connecting with people there and everywhere else. Then the last song itself was so well choreographed and other things that I am not educated enough to say. The ending was great with Ayumu meeting people in London. I just had a good time watching it.
Requiem of the Rose King Episode 24 (Finale)
Man, the episode was crazy. An episode where Richard just constantly still lost everything as the Tudor family starts to take over from the family of York. This was the changing of a new era with Richard as the last person to hold the York line together and he’s failing at it. Its basically Richard achieving his dream of being a king and now he’s returning to nothing. Especially since people constantly kept betraying him. Not even the false Richard helped him. In the end, Richard left the battle dying while in Catesby’s arms as they return to the woods and that hurt. Sigh, so sad. I’m going to think about this show for a long time I think.
Mechanical Anime Reviews 
The Komi episode this week was fun, and Spy x Family finished its first half really strong. Happy to see they’re taking a break as well, and I hope that practice gets normalized more for longer running series.

Komi has just had a lot of really good episodes recently in general.
And I do agree that more shows should be given more space.
